Pinning items to taskbar or start menu on windows 7
How to pin the application
Most frequently accessing programs can be pinned to the start menu or on the taskbar.

Right click on the item on the menu item then select the option to Pin to Start Menu or Pin to Taskbar.

Paint program is pinned on the taskbar.
Unpin the application from taskbar

Right click on the pinned application icon on the taskbar. You will see the option "Unpin this program from taskbar". Click it to unpin the application. You can again pin that application at any time.
